Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website and buy a shipping label from lemy (“we”, “us”). By creating a label or an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Refund policy.

1. What we provide

We sell shipping labels as PDF files. Labels are created through our fulfilment partners for the carrier and service you choose. We are not a carrier. The carrier, not us, moves your parcel, and the carrier's own terms and rules apply to it.

2. Your details must be correct

You are responsible for the sender and recipient addresses, phone numbers, weight and dimensions you enter. Labels cannot be changed after they are created. A wrong address or wrong package details can lead to delay, return, surcharges or refusal by the carrier. Any extra carrier charges caused by incorrect details are yours.

3. What you may ship

You may not use a label for anything illegal or anything the carrier prohibits or restricts (for example dangerous goods, weapons, certain batteries, perishable or restricted items). You are responsible for customs rules and for any duties and taxes on international shipments. We may refuse or cancel an order, and may close an account, if we believe a shipment breaks the law or the carrier's rules.

4. Prices and payment

The price shown when you review your order is the price you pay for that label. It is fixed for a short time (shown on the page) and then recalculated. We accept the cryptocurrencies shown at checkout. You must send the exact amount shown, to the address shown, before the payment window ends, and you pay any network fees yourself. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We create your label only after the payment is confirmed.

If you send too little, the order stays unpaid until the remainder arrives; if you send too much or pay late, see the Refund policy. We never ask for card details, passwords or private keys.

5. Your label

When your payment is confirmed we create the label and make it available to download from your shipment page, usually within minutes. Some services (for example international labels) are prepared by our team and can take longer. We do not guarantee a delivery date: transit times are the carrier's estimates. A label is for one shipment only and must not be copied, resold or reused.

6. Guest orders and accounts

You can buy without an account. We then give you a private link for your shipment. Anyone with that link can open the shipment and download the label, so keep it safe. If you create an account, keep your password secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.

7. Our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the carrier's acts or delays, for lost, damaged or delayed parcels, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access if you break these terms.
