No. You can buy a label as a guest and you get a private link to your shipment. An account keeps all your labels in one place and speeds up repeat shipments.
What does the price include?
The price at the review step is the total for the label. Network fees charged by your own crypto wallet when you send the payment are separate and not ours.
How do I pay?
With crypto: Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, USDT (TRON, TRC20), USDC (Base). You see the exact amount and address before you send anything, and the invoice shows how long it stays valid.
What if I send too little or too much?
If you send too little, send the remainder to the same address and the payment completes. If you send too much, your label is still created and the difference is flagged for review.
When do I get my label?
As soon as your payment is confirmed on the network, we create the label. The shipment page updates by itself and then offers a download and a print button.
What if something goes wrong after I paid?
